I placed an online order while within the restaurant. The app stated my food had been prepared and was ready to pickup inside Pizza Portal 6. Instead, it was behind the counter. The staff attended to every single customer who entered the store 15 minutes after my arrival. Then, when I asked whether my order was up the girl behind the counter responded with a rude response telling me I needed to wait as she walked away to attend to another customer who arrived to place their order 20 minutes after I did. My food sat there prepared for over 10 minutes and I was never notified nor was it placed within Pizza Portal #6 as specified online. I definitely would not revisit this place.

I love that they assumed I was a good Mom bringing Pizza and Brownies home to my kids. No I'm Single, I live alone and I had one of those days and I need to stuff my face for less than $20 because I just paid Rent and Utilities today after working with patients all day. They didn't ask questions, they didn't judge me, they just handed me my custom order efficiently and promptly. They're probably expecting me to come back again with my Husband and Kids. I too am waiting for that Miracle, but at least I know where I can get pizza faster than I can have time to be sad. Excellent Service. Perfect Order They got everything right on the first try. I have lived in this neighborhood for a few years I'm 35 now and when I do finally have kids I know where we'll be getting our pizza when my kids get good report cards.

I had a very frustrating experience at this location. I placed my order 30 minutes ahead of time, expecting a quick and easy pickup. When I arrived, my order wasn’t in the pickup portal, so I went to the counter for assistance. Unfortunately, I was ignored while staff continued taking new walk-in orders instead of helping with existing pickup orders. There were multiple employees present, both in the back and on the floor, but no one stepped in to help resolve the situation. When I explained that I had ordered 30 minutes earlier, the employee at the register told me he needed to assist several customers who hadn’t ordered ahead before helping me—even though I had already paid and was simply trying to pick up my order. This felt very unfair and dismissive. What made the experience even more upsetting was that I’ve previously seen other customers with pickup orders assisted more promptly. In my case, I did not receive the same level of attention or urgency, which left me feeling overlooked and disrespected. After all that waiting, when I finally received my pizza, it was cold—like it had been sitting out for a while. That completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. Overall, th

This place is so unprofessional, they have no coordination. Every time I order online for pick up at this location it’s never ready on time. The customer service that is not welcoming. They are rude and need lots of training. They are never on time with your orders. Also, pizza was over cooked and it’s hard to chew.
